It’s about an isolated single-family house located in Bellaterra with a view to the South-East towards the Serra de Collserola.
The building, which volume is compact, is located in the highest site area to take the most of the views and the aspect. The rectangular floor is structured with a vertical communication central nucleus that works as a layout backbone. The ground floor houses the common spaces; a double space connects us visually with the second floor where there are the bedrooms and a private library. The semibasement level, that houses the studio, is considered as an extended marble plinth that constitutes a great terrace for the kitchen living dining room area with views towards the garden.
