The tender consists on reactivating the complex for the Algiers Radio and Television Centre constructing new programmatic pieces which interact with existing buildings. The intervention distinguishes three different poles; production pole, video mobile pole and archives. The complex is conceived as an urban and landscape fragment which relates new and old buildings, reorganizing and differentiating different circulations avoiding interferences and allowing a good internal running. The main building of the complex is the production pole. It houses two great sets (of 800 and 400m2) and the service spaces as the warehouse and the scenography workshop, offices area, the restaurant and an accommodation little area. The program is organised by gravity, locating warehouses and sets service spaces in inferior floors and the offices area and common spaces in superior floors. Both sets are conceived as two great rectangular spaces through which the whole program is articulated minimising the routes and maximising relation between pieces. In superior floors, the sets projection becomes into two great patios which allow an optimum natural lighting and ventilation in offices area.
