It is the project of a three-star hotel in Constantine composed of 93 rooms and 2 suites for which the already existing construction structure has been taken as the starting point.

The building consists of two lineal bodies of ground floor + 2 and a semi basement articulated asymmetrically by a body containing relation and circulation hotel spaces. The joint of common spaces are placed along the lineal bodies.   

The building envelope is conceived as a ventilated front with polymeric concrete panels that allows a minimum maintenance and a well thermic and acoustic performance. The body houses the hall and it is treated singularly through horizontal blind slats, which highlights the dynamic and opened character of the space.
