The project is about three lined-up blocks in the Batlle Calbetó Barra Avenue of Vielha that house 24 dwellings, retail units and a car park.
In order to respond to the diversity demand, a variety of 6 dwelling typologies is created. The wish of having a good insolation and the best views in living areas, promotes the distributive strategy of the dwellings.
The dwellings face south in order to receive the maximum radiation through great windows where common spaces are located. However, the north front is composed by smaller overtures where the circulation centres are very important and create a big glazed vertical band that allows seeing the landscape.
