It’s about the rehabilitation of a modernist residential block of Morera i Gatell, classed as an element of historical, artistic and architectural interest. It is part of a set known as “Cases Noves”.
The rehabilitation preserves and values the most representative elements as the front, the hall and the stairs. It generates 7 premises distributed in the semibasement, first floor and in the entresol, and 16 dwellings in 4 floors.
The rehabilitation is based on the interior alteration and the installation of a lift.
