It’s about a set of 16 single-family terraced houses located in Torrefarrera’s eixample area, in a plot delimited by three streets.
The project put the houses into groups of 4, 8 and 4 units U shaped terraced in ground floor and matched up in first floor and attic, fragmenting the volume in the higher floors providing the whole with a variable rhythm.
In the ground floor there is the living room which is directly communicated with the communal garden, in the upper floor there are the bedrooms and in the attic there are two balconies.
