The project is constituted by 7 single-family attached houses that are grouped in pairs, sinking, adapting to the piece of land alignment and looking for a variable rhythm to the collection.
The site is divided transversely into two levels and, to make the most of it, the dwellings have been placed in the hump; at the first or ground floor there is the access to the dwellings, which is through the porches whose bottom is penetrated in a zenithal way by the light and there is a visual communication with the superior level or second floor where there are the common areas that are directly linked to the garden and swimming pool area; in the next floor there is the bedroom area.
